Weddzilla Launch Party Kick-Off DC

Weddzilla Rock the Launch National Kick-Off Party was at National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington DC and Sweet Dreams Studio was there to help photograph this star studded extravaganza. It was hosted by sassy celebrity wedding guru Steve Kemble, a Red Carpet Correspondent for the American Music Awards and Golden Globes, star on TLC’s “Battle of the Wedding Planners”, and contributor to Us Weekly Magazine’s Fashion Police. Weddzilla is an online wedding website founded by Kristen Carter and Aaron Hall and the first online social wedding platform to fully integrate the wedding planning process into popular social networks.Also introduced was the Weddzilla Guru Panel which included celebrity cake artist and TV personality Ron Ben-Israel, celebrity fitness expert of the Buff Fitness franchise Sue Fleming , Editor-in-Chief of Bridal Guide Magazine Diane Forden, nationally acclaimed author and columnist Sharon Naylor, and renowned graphic designer and innovator of invitations, Lisa “Ceci” Johnson. Even with very cold weather outside, well over a 1500 people attended the festivities and they had to close the doors because there were too many people inside. One lucky bride won a diamond from Mervis Diamonds in their swag bag and there was also silent auction with all proceeds going to Children's National Medical Center. As well as helping to photograph the event, Sweet Dreams Studio was also happy to participate in the silent auction and gave a free photography engagement session to one lucky Weddzilla bride. The afterparty was held at Current Sushi lounge in Washington DC.
