Kelly and Dell Wedding Engagement Photos around the Cherry Blossoms at the Tidal Basin and the Jefferson Memorial in Washington DC. Kelly is Korean and Dell is Chinese and they are college sweethearts and are doing a traditional Christian wedding in Georgia. The Cherry Blossoms were in peak bloom and the Cherry Blossom Festival had already started. The weather was perfect and it was great time for engagement pictures. We were also lucky to get a few showers of blossom petals that rained on the lovely couple like rice thrown on wedding day as you can see in their pictures.
